Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Membership is limited to one card per person and valid only for the assigned user. Valid photo identifcation and/or driver’s license is required to enroll or redeem points. Cards, points and benefits are non-transferable and points may not be pooled with those of another member. Such cards are subject to forfeiture without right of redemption. Misuse of card will result in cancellation of membership and forfeiture of all accumulated points and any pass privileges associated with the card. Gold Club Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts. Failure to insert your card properly will result in non-accumulation of points. Points will not be added to your membership retroactively. Unacknowledged wagers will not earn points nor will any be credited. Employees of Hollywood Park Racing Association, any of its affiliated organizations or its vendors are not eligible for membership. Hollywood Park Racing Association reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this program. Hollywood Park Racing Association reserves the right to limit the number of points or prizes a member may accumulate in any one calendar year. Illegal reproduction of Gold Club cards will be confiscated and points earned will be forfeited. All decisions by Hollywood Park Racing Association are final. Hollywood Park Racing Association reserves the right to exclude anyone from participation in the Gold Club program. Points will not be awarded to Gold Club members found to be contributing to minus pools.* When single or multiple wagers place by an individual(s) in the amount of $10,000 or greater creates or is wagered into a minus pool, these wagers will not be eligible for the accumulation of Gold Club points. Member points shall expire following one year of inactivity. Hollywood Park Racing Association is not responsible for the misuse of lost or stolen cards. Lost or stolen cards should be reported to any Gold Club customer service location immediately. There are no implied benefits other than those published.
